There will be private docks for lease as well. (additional fee may apply)

There will be 2 boats per dock.

We also offer summer launch specials.

2011 Dock Pricing

15ft – $750 21ft - $1,050

16ft – $800 22ft - $1,100

17ft – $850 23ft - $1,150

18ft – $900 24ft - $1,200

19ft – $950 25ft - $1,250

20ft – $1,000

** $12 ft per month for any boat **

Example: 20ft x $12 = $240 month

$15 per day to dock boat or 2 day price of $25 or $75 per week any sized boat.

No boat goes in the water before registration information has been completed.

Boats and buoys must be out of the water by the first week in October. If boat owner would like they can store boat outback and use the launch to use the boat in later part of October but the boat must be off the land before November.

Seasonal Camp Tenants
You will receive $100.00 credit off the price of your slip.

Boats will not be accepted until docks are in the water.
Weather permitting, season runs from May 10th to Oct. 10th.
All boats must be off docks no later than October 10th,
due to crew scheduling for dock removal.

Boats not out of the water by
October 1st will be charged a $15.00 per day fee.

No Exceptions.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Boat Trailers can be parked in designated lot at no charge for the season.

Winter Storage is available from Oct. 1 to May 15

$200.00 per boat.

Slip renters Boat storage is $100.00

Seasonal Camp Tenants w/o slip rental
With winter camper fee Boat storage is $100.00

Seasonal Camp Tenants WITH slip rental

Winter Boat Storage is included in winter Camper fee
