Lee’s Park 2011 Price list Tenting will not be offered before May 15th Camping---- May 1st –October 15th weather abiding Tenting------ May 15th to September 30th
DAILY FULL HOOKUP RATE: $25 first adult and $10 per adult thereafter $5 for daily Air Conditioning
WEEKLY FULL HOOKUP RATE: 1 person $150 2 people $210 3 people $270 Add $30 for a week of Air Conditioning
MONTHLY FULL HOOKUP RATE PAID IN ADVANCE
1 person $600 2 people $740 3 people $950 Electric Will be billed by meter Deposit required
SEASONAL RATE: Starting at May 1st – September 30th Water & Sewer included Electric is now metered and will be charged to camper on a monthly bases 1-2 adults or immediate family - Example of immediate family: Mom, Dad, kids living at home, grandchildren & dog is immediate family. - Non immediate family is anyone who lives on there own outside the above mentioned - Rates increases are negotiable depending on who wants to use the camp. Please let me know if outside family or friends want to use the camper throughout the summer. I like to charge accordingly so be straightforward with me with usage and visitors - Ask for more in full details when it comes to seasonal camping along with usage. $200 winter storage to leave camper on site till May 1st of following year.
There is no SEASONAL for tenting 2 month limit
DAILY TENT RATE 1 person $20.00 2 people $35.00 Each additional person $15.00 per person per night with restrooms & showers DAILY "CONCERT EVENT" (DMB, Phish, etc.) TENT RATE $25.00 per person per night (This is due to extra cleanup and added personal Cost) ($7 per car for event parking -- off-site overflow only) WEEKLY TENTING RATE: 1 person $20.00 2 people $35.00 Each additional person MONTHLY TENTING PAID IN ADVANCE- 2 month maximum 1 person 2 people Each additional person add on per month Electric Will be billed by meter for campers wanting the use (Where available) Deposit required There is no SEASONAL for tenting 2 month limit
